Blair entered the real estate industry in 2012 and quickly distinguished himself as a notable leader. He has since launched two successful brokerages, notably being the first to bring the esteemed Berkshire Hathaway real estate brand to Canada, where he served as President and Broker of Record. In his leadership role, Blair has consistently overseen more than $1 billion in annual sales, a testament to his strategic oversight of the marketing and services division. A lifelong real estate investor, Blair was also one of the first to build a laneway house in Toronto, showcasing his innovative approach to urban housing solutions. His passion extends beyond business achievements; he is a dedicated educator in the field, eager to share his knowledge and insights, thus enriching the professional growth of others in the industry. His leadership is characterized by a keen understanding of market dynamics and a commitment to promoting both innovation and quality.

James Grimm

James is an award winning Realtor with extensive experience in working with real estate investors to find and develop profitable projects. After graduating from Western University with a degree in Economics, James founded his own successful business, which he ran for more than 5 years. James began his real estate career in 2017 and has since founded Apollo with Blair and Jeff. James is personally a seasoned real estate investor having purchased and improved his own investments. James brings an infectious energy and enthusiasm to the Apollo team and treats all his clients investments as if they were his own.

Jeff entered the real estate industry believing it to be the best investment tool for creating long-term wealth. He aimed to study real estate at a professional level, building his knowledge of various markets and investment strategies. Having always been self-employed, Jeff's focus on lead generation, finances, and daily operations translated seamlessly into real estate. His experience in running a business and managing finances equipped him well for his real estate career. Jeff prioritizes truly listening to his clients to understand their needs and frustrations. His clients quickly learn that he values honesty and will always provide truthful, albeit sometimes tough, feedback.
